So I live about 50 minutes from this salon and let me just say, it is ALWAYS worth it! I’m not the best person to show off how much I love something, but every single time the incredible duo (Melinda & Doug) take on my blonde hair, it’s absolutely stunning! I’ve been going to see Melinda for about 4 years now & I’m so happy that Doug has joined in because it means that until the day I move out of state I will be sticking with this dynamic duo! Not only are they extremely personable, they also GENUINELY care about comfort and making sure it’s a relaxing experience! I mean I wouldn’t drive 50 minutes with gas prices being so high for nothing. Melinda truly knows hair like no other person on this planet, so just know you are/will be in expert hands! This married couple welcomes you with open arms 110% of the time so definitely check them out & don’t be surprised if you end up going back for a LONG time!

After using the same person for several years, I needed a new hair stylist with fresh ideas. I read several reviews and Melinda’s reviews were excellent so I decided to give her a try. I am not disappointed! She has given me excellent hair cuts and color. The studio is small and intimate without the hustle and bustle of the large salons. Melinda works with her husband at the salon and they are a great team. I highly recommend Melinda.

I spent a lot of time searching for a new hairstylist upon moving to Arizona. I am so glad I found Melinda. She is very friendly, professional and definitely knows her stuff. She listens to exactly what I want and I couldn’t be happier with the cut and color of my hair. I have been going to Melinda for a year and a half now and would not consider going anywhere else. I originally came in for an extension consult with Melinda, I just moved to the area and was meeting with several local stylists in hope of finding a salon to call my new home. Melinda was the most professional and knowledgeable and I felt the most comfortable in her private space. I scheduled my appt with her and she exceeded my expectations, her and Doug are a wonderful team and I have received more compliments on my hair than I ever have. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a talented stylist!
