Took my son to get his haircut and we arrived about 15 minutes before close. I don’t like to be the last person to arrive as a business is about to close (hated this when I worked at a restaurant). Thankfully, the lone barber there cut his hair and also suggested I needed one as well (which was fair because I did, but I cut my own). Cut was quick, professional and pleasant.

Needed to get my son’s hair cut first thing in the morning for a funeral. Went to multiple shops that advertised they open at 8 am and none of them were open. Went to Freeman’s that was scheduled to open at 830. It was 815, they were open with two barbers and 3 customers. They were polite, timely and did a good job. That is good business.

This barber shop employs people who aren’t customer service oriented. They practically refused to cut my two year olds hair. One lady told me “I can cut his hair after I eat my breakfast” (mind you it was around 10am already and she should’ve already eaten before work). Then the other two ladies pretended to be cutting hair!!! SUCH RUDE, DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR. I do not recommend anyone take even their pets here to get cut!!!
