I have visited the salon several times. Never had an issue. I am super easy going. Unfortunately, i visited the salon today and had the worst experience and customer service of my LIFE! When Tony does my nails he does them quickly but i never mind. I sat down to get a full set and was done about 15 minutes before my friend who sat to get a fill in. I just had an issue with the shape of my nails and simply asked for it to be fixed. I was respectful, didn’t raise my voice, or curse. Annie agreed that she shapes nails more precisely. Tony said to me that is how he does nails and he can’t do anything for me but cut them off and return my money. i had to ASK them to actually look at my nails. Tony’s mind was made up. So he chopped my nails off, leaving them super sharp and uneven and told me to go somewhere else. Mind you, I walked in and asked nicely to speak with someone. Sat , and talked calmly to Tony. but he raised his voice. Customers saw this ALL happen, and could back my story. poor customer service overall. I did not demand my money back. i just wanted the shape fixed.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueOver charged my 16 year old minor! She was charged for a full set of gel, she was charged for removal of her old stuff, she was charged for the shape of her nails and she was charged for the nail polish! They price gaug, nickel and dime and take advantage of the younger girls! I was literally waiting in the parking lot, if I knew this was happening I would have pulled her out! Absolutely love love love!!! Recently moved to freehold and have been to so many shops with good service, high prices, horrible service, low prices and some I left with just no service at all. Mikaela was amazing so sweet and detailed. Not to mention how great the price was I received a gel manicure and pedicure for $42. I have finally found my new shop and was so in love with my color. Highly recommended!

I always go here to get my eye brows done by Lori, She is amazing and always does an amazing job. But, the service for getting your nails done is over priced and the staff is very rude. I went to get a pedicure, the parents weren’t there, and the girls didn’t want to do it, until the friend finally said she would. Then the two daughters were talking about me the whole time, making fun of me, right in front of me, like I wouldn’t know. Never going back there again. Do not go here for your nails.

The young girls that work there are COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! The owner Tony needs to get rid of one girl who is a recent High school graduate . My 7 yr old niece can paint nails better than she does. And the daughters that work there have no manners what so ever!!! Not accommodating at all and they cannot even take appointments correctly. This experience has completely turned me off and I will NEVER be back again!!! Save yourself the time aggravation.

I went to Freehold Nails and got an acrylic full set with gel polish and a matte top coat and they were gorgeous and lasted me 5 weeks . The nails were secured on strong and didn’t chip, it was impressive! They are very friendly and inexpensive.
