Slow service because there’s only two working. One does pedicures and the other nails (most of the time). However, when they do have a customer they make sure to take their time and do quality work. Do I feel like it’s worth the wait? No. Because you can find another salon that does the same thing. But these people really don’t care if you walk out, they have plenty of business. It’s all according to timing, try to catch them when they only have 2 people ahead of you.

I drove 15 plus minutes specifically because it’s always said on their door and online they close at 8! I walked in at 6:45 stood there for 5 minutes no one greeted me! As I was about to sign in the lady popped from under the counter and screamed we’re closed! So I asked why does google and your door say 8 she yelled back I don’t know!! Just RUDE!! NEVER EVER IM LIFE WILL I STEP FOOT IN THERE AGAIN!!

Critical: Professionalism0/10 would not recommend coming here. I arrived to an empty salon and was met by a woman who looked to be the owner. I asked for a pedicure and started to look for colors. She gestured me to one of the pedi chairs and when I sat down, she immediately went to filing and buffing my nails. I asked her if we were still doing a pedicure and she said “no time for pedicure. If you want polish I can do it but you can leave if you want a pedicure. I don’t have time for that”, (even though the salon was EMPTY).Mind you, she already took the polish off of my toes and in the process of picking colors she painted a couple of my nails with the colors I was thinking of. Didn’t offer to take the polish off or even apologize for wasting my time. This whole interaction was COMPLETELY unprofessional. I absolutely love this nail salon !!! Always a friendly environment…TINA is absolutely wonderful she does an amazing job no rush takes her time with you and wants to exceed your expectations! I would highly recommend Freedom Nails … and they prices are very affordable… and the polish and gel they use is top of the line … I’ve never had a problem this is a wonderful place to get what you ask and pay for! They are fast and efficient

Having recently had minor surgery and not been able to do much during rehabilitation, I was anxious to have a pedicure. The staff greeted me and directed me to the pedicure chairs. Noting the bruises from the procedure, the attendant took great care in completing the pedicure without getting the affected areas wet. His concern and attention to completing the pedicure without annoying the affected areas was well appreciated and noted. All of the staff provide great service.

I just moved to the area from VA and was eager to try out a new nail salon. The only reason I picked freedom nails was based on their google reviews, I’m here to tell you, don’t listen to any of them. WORSE PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. The nail tech left residue all on my fingers, there was powder left on my nails so when the nail tech FINALLY decided to finish my full set, the left over powder got trapped beneath the acrylic gel, my cuticles look atrocious and it’s only been 2 days. The person who did my my pedicure did the sloppiest job painting my toes (pedicure itself was nice, only thing positive I have to say besides them getting the shape of my nail correct)HORRIBLE time management skills!!! Will definitely be asking for my money back. Please don’t waste your time going here if you’re as picky about your nails as I am. Spent $72 on an ok pedicure and a full set I could have done at home with the way it looks.
