I’ll say, walking in there felt like leaving the whole outside world behind for an hour. It was so serene and peaceful in there. I had a facial with Kaytarra last week and it was everything I didn’t realize I needed. It had been a few years so I really emphasized just soothing and extracting during the facial and she really listened to concerns I had in different areas. Just a calm, educating, peaceful time. 10/10 recommend and I will be back for another facial with Kaytarra or possibly lashes

Christine was amazing! I left feeling extremely relaxed and she worked out some major knots that have been bugging me. They have essential oils for sale in the lobby and I needed one, so it was perfect! They have a lot of cute jewelry and lotions for sale as well. I will definitely be booking again.

My husband and I had a wonderful couples massgae here. Erika and Josh were excellent masseuses, very knowledgeable and helpful. We will definetly be back. So relaxing, one hour felt like two. The room was beautiful, warm and cozy, calming and relaxing music played in the background.

First time there 12/4/2021 and K was my masseuse. She was awesome and made me feel so relaxed and comfortable. I would highly recommend Freedom to anyone looking for a professional and homie relaxing atmosphere. Will definitely be a returning customer.

This was my 2nd visit and my massage therapist was great, however I used a gift certificate I got as a Christmas gift and on it it said it was for a “2hr massage” with no cash value assigned to it. I handed it to the receptionist ahead of my massage. When I came out of the treatment room she said that I owed money due to costs going up 02/01. I said but the certificate states nothing about a cash value, just that it was good for the 2 hour massage. In the end she did not honor it and made me pay the difference. I feel that was in poor taste and I told her that as a suggestion going forward that they should clearly outline the cash value on the certificate, not just that it was good for the stated service. She said it was in the computer and thats what it sai and that was the end of it. I paid the difference and left. I won’t be going back, which is too bad since the massage was good, but they really should have just stepped up and honored the gift certificate as it was. So instead of gaining a new regular custome, they won’t see me again.
