Brand new salon – super cute inside. Grabbed a glass of rose and settled in for some “me” time last Saturday. Went with green for St. Patty’s Day and a week later there are no chips or dings and it looks great. The difference I noticed is that it’s a slower drying time. My daughter quickly dinged her thumb while we were still there and they fixed it for her. Service was excellent and I’m excited to get a pedicure soon!

We had a wonderful time at FreeCoat Concord Mills. Laken the at the front desk was very welcoming and greeted us providing complimentary drinks. My daughter’s nail tech Ciara was friendly and very detail oriented. She did a wonderful job on my daughter’s French tip hard coat. The salon wasn’t packed and was clean and trendy. Overall the experience was great. We would highly recommend Ciara and FreeCoat nails!

This place is amazing!! I was interested in coming here because I used to always get acrylics and then my nail bed ripped off the last time I had them. I was invited to freecoat to try out some of their new Gel Extension services & was not disappointed. Even though this was a fairly new service for all of the nail techs, they seemed super knowledgeable and were able to answer any questions I had about the process. I normally stay away from acrylics because of how they tear up my nails, so I’m happy freecoat has a non-toxic option! I really recommend everyone try out this new service or any existing services they offer.
