Critical: Professionalism, QualitySo I went to get my haircut after a while of not touching it and letting it grow (now mind you I have a fear of getting my hairTouched and cut ) but I thought I could trust my stylist my fiance set an appointment with. I had asked for a trim and my sides shaved and she gave me a whole undercut and because I was in shock I went home not even looking at it . My fiance saw my haircut and the way she gave me the undercut it was not cleaned up my side burns where long and the back part of my cut was crooked. After messaging the shop all they said was “Sorry you were not happy with the cut” and that they were going to have the stylist reach out to me to make arrangements to fix it I schedule a new appointment to have the hair cut at least fix for me to walk around with . While I was at the new appointment they kept making excuses on how theyy did not have the type of equipment to do the hair cut I wanted to Begin with when there is pictures of the certain style I wanted .. I kept getting excuse on why my haircut was pretty much botch and it just made me feel uncomfortable . I would like to state the hair cut styling was good but everything else just made it an over all bad experience especially paying $65 and having to go back and try to fix something I didn’t even want.
