I cannot say enough good about Free Spirit Body Works. I am a monthly regular (live and die by my monthly) with Kendra and decided I wanted to try bi weekly so added a massage with Kate between my massage with Kendra. Kate was very good as well and incorporated some assisted stretching and provides good deep pressure which I appreciate.

First visit, Kendra assessed many of the issues that I was having with my muscle pains. She recommended our second visit be one of her thai sessions. She was able to diagnose and correct the issues that I’ve had with my upper shoulder and lower back for many months. she is very thorough, in-depth, and professional. By far the best massage therapist that I have met. One of the best parts of a session with Kendra is her explaining how your muscles and body work in conjunction with other muscle groups and then explaining aftercare in a simple way to maintain the corrections that she makes. You will definitely not be disappointed after visiting free spirit body works with Kendra

Pretty incredible experience! Kendra is exceptional at what she does and is very knowledgeable when it comes to making adjustments and targeting areas of the body that need the most work. It had been about 3 years since my last massage, so it was awesome to have a really experienced massage therapist move gradually into the full massage experience. AWESOME job Kendra, thanks a bunch!

Getting a massage from Kendra was amazing. She was professional, nice, and had a great relaxing setup at her studio. Kendra was seriously amazing. 20 years of experience and you can tell! Best massage I’ve ever had. She was really clear about what she was doing as she was doing it. My shoulders were super tight so she recommended cupping, and it helped a ton. It was obvious she really cared about doing a good job and making me feel comfortable. The atmosphere was so calming and clean! She suggested some stretches for me to do myself to relieve some tension. She also suggested next session we go into some different techniques and stretching. Absolutely, 100% will be returning! Don’t go anywhere else, Kendra is the best! There’s a reason she has nothing but 5 star reviews.
