Hair color, cut. The pink doesn’t seem to have been on long enough, there are places where you can see blonde through the pink. I would expect it to look like this after at least 5/6 washes, with extremely hot water, but it hasn’t been washed yet. The blonde looks great, the pink was a fail. I have pics if you would like them.
