Ashiatsu (Back-Walking) Massage
The therapist delivers deep, broad, consistent pressure while utilizing their feet and body weight. Parallel bars are used above the massage table for balance, support and client safety. One hour is $90.00, 90 minutes s $135.00		From $90.00
Cupping Therapy
An ancient form of alternative medicine where special cups are placed on the skin to create suction. Used for help with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation and well-being, and as a type of deep-tissue massage. Takes about 15 minutes. Add to any massage (subject to scheduling).		$40.00
Deep Tissue Massage
Mainly used to treat musculoskeletal issues, such as strains and sports injuries. It involves applying sustained pressure using slow, deep strokes to target the inner layers of your muscles and connective tissues. One hour is $90.00, 90 minutes is $135.00		From $90.00
Hot Stone Massage
The localized heat and weight of the stones warm and relax muscles, allowing the massage therapist to apply deeper pressure to those areas without causing discomfort. One hour is $90.00, 90 minutes is $120.00.		From $90.00
Pre-Natal Massage

Reflexology

We were in Fredericksburg celebrating my wife’s and daughter-in-law’s birthdays. We booked couples messages at FredSpa Message Therapy. What a great experience from the time we walked in the door. The people are great, the facilities are really nicely done with a relaxing atmosphere. All of our message therapist were very good. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place if you are looking to be pampered. Plenty of options to choose from for a great relaxing tine. Do yourself a favor and book an appointment.
