Soooo disappointed with the treatment I received from the lady at the front desk!! Simply walked in to schedule appointment to get my hair done for my birthday, to show exactly what I was looking for. The picture was of black and brown and she sounded as if I interrupted her whole day by walking in and she is asking “what is that. Purple. Blue.” Like what welcoming customer service. Absolutely will never go back and will certainly refer the people who go there (individuals that I personally know) and refer them to go somewhere else. No girl that is looking to have her hair done wants to be treated like she is an inconvenience!! Absolutely will never go back. So upset because they actually do great work. Too bad the customer service level just isn’t there. Snobby, rude, and ruined my day.
