Scheduled a last minute facial with Olivia. It turned out to be one of the best treatments I’ve ever received anywhere. She took such care throughout every step of the process, from describing what each product was for to the application of the products. Her attention to even the smallest detail such as how gently she removed the booties from the foot treatment was impressive. I could tell she truly loves what she does. I used to be a client at Frederick’s for years and would utilize their hair and brow services. I also went there for my makeup and hair for my wedding. I loved going there and always felt welcome. I also love the Amika products they sell and purchase them frequently. Now, I’m a teacher at a residential facility and a first time mom to a seven month old little boy. I felt like I had a fallen into a rut and needed a little pick me up. I decided to book a brow lamination and tinting service for this morning since I was off from work. I arrived on time, checked in, and was waiting in the waiting area until I was called back. After five minutes of waiting, the receptionist came over and told me they would have to reschedule me for another date and time when I had a babysitter because I brought my baby with me. I was told that they don’t allow children under a certain age; however, he was sleeping quietly in his Doona carseat. I stated that I did not care to reschedule. I believe that this is completely messed up and uncalled for all because I brought my child to a hair salon. I know that it won’t affect them whatsoever in the long run, but they have lost my business and respect.

I have enjoyed a massage at Fredericks on multiple occasions! The massage therapists seem knowledgeable and try to make sure they are addressing or avoiding any areas that you discuss. They do offer add ons such as CBD or hot stones but I have always opted out of these experiences.

The salon is lovely, clean, and comfortable. Pricing was as advertised and quite reasonable. Audrey was fantastic! She was personable and kind, as well as obviously very skilled. She was mentoring some newer stylists, and treated them with respect while answering questions and explaining the steps she was taking to help me reach my goals. She listened carefully and offered solutions that I would not have thought of on my own. I left her chair feel rejuvenated and beautiful. I could not possibly be more satisfied with my experience.

Have been to Frederick’s twice. First experience was for a beard trim with Trent. Excellent! He listened to exactly what I wanted and took the time to deliver on that promise. Best part was that I was also scheduled for a hair cut but Trent was honest with me as longer hair is not his specialty. He referred me to another stylist who would be a better fit for the result I wanted. I appreciate that.

I love relinquishing all decisions to my stylist as soon as I walk through the door. McKenna is my go to for everything. It’s a beautiful clean salon. So much to offer. I went and got my hair done before Christmas and it last a month if that. Usually box dye last about the same and I get better results. Seems alot of them do not know how to work with curly hair. My hair basically came out the same color as it did when I walked it. 62$ for a trim across the bottom of your hair is ridiculous. Nothing top tier about trimming hair. Overall it’s a nice place. I definitely wouldn’t go back for a basic hair color or cut. Unless you want some crazy lifts done.

Brianna was amazing! She made me feel comfortable during my consultation before my massage. She guided me step by step on how the process goes. Took her time in areas I needed it the most and I left feeling like a new person! Didn’t feel the pains I was having. I recommend everyone to schedule a appointment with her ASAP! I had my lashes done here on a whim because my usual person was on vacation. They weren’t that great looking that day but I just figured it was because I was used to something different (different product or something). Then, within 5 days so many had already fallen out that I needed a fill. I called for an appointment for a fill and planned to ask what the heck would cause all of them to fall so quickly (never happened to me before). Then I just decided to cancel the appointment because I was afraid they were all going to fall out again after I had already spent $180. I didn’t want to spend another 75 for a fill for the same thing to happen. I attempted to cancel the appointment TWICE and apparently if you don’t get a confirmation number it doesn’t count as a cancellation. So they charged me for the appointment anyway. I called in trying to explain that I did cancel via text/online but the employee I talked to, who was extremely rude, refused even a partial refund. I 100% do not recommend this establishment for lashes or for anything due to their shifty business practices.
