From the moment you get to the front door to when you leave the salon you feel so special due to their professionalism and attentiveness. They give every single customer their full attention and make you feel like one of a kind. I told Frederic to do what he thinks is best with my hair and it looks absolutely fabulous. Before he made any change to my hair he let me know exactly what he was doing with great detail. I left with a HUGE smile on my face If you’re in the Southwest Michigan area, I highly recommend giving this salon a visit. I live in Minneapolis and came home for Christmas and needed to cut and dye my hair so I’ll be coming back to Michigan to get my hair done from now on thanks to Frederic!I cannot recommend this place enough! I cannot recommend this place enough! From the moment you get to the front door to when you leave the salon you feel so special due to their professionalism and attentiveness. I had a great experience at Frederick and Kimberley’s! What really impressed me when I entered was the immaculate condition of the salon, customer service and the friendly atmosphere. After a consultation Frederick created a perfect haircut for me. It was an absolute pleasure to have my hair done by someone who is a master and also enjoys what he does!

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityWhen I called them, They gave an appointment date .two days later, they called me and rescheduled to some other day . I said ok. Then they again called me the next day and rescheduled me to another day. Atlast i got fed up and I cancelled the appointment and I never go back. Very unprofessional. They didn’t even say sorry for rescheduling me these many times. When I told the receptionist that I am canceling the appointment, she just said ‘ I understand’ .
