Postives: Reasonable prices, great eyebrow wax/shape, good blow dry. Negative: Messed up on my tint touch up color. Would fix color but charge me $20 for blow dry. What? I’m going to leave the salon with wet hair? It was THEIR mistake. How bout paying me for my time to have them FIX it??? Cheapsakes..POOR customer service.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityIt’s taken me forever to post this but it’s only because I’ve had so much issues with my hair since coming here. I came to Fridas February 15th 2020 to have my hair done before I was supposed to get married in March (which ended up getting rescheduled due to COVID) I asked her for Balyage she was confident she knew how I showed her pictures of what I wanted… Well she gave me some messed up highlights (when I can figure how to post pictures I will) she used a high developer and my hair was like straw after. I ended up having to pay even more money for color correction 2 more times to fix her mess up. She offered to try and fix it but why would I go back after she destroyed my hair. She gave me the worst cut I’ve ever had as well! So that also needed to be fixed. Freda is very friendly and professional. She gives good advices and her work is clean and stylish. I always dye my hair there, and I am always happy with the quality and type of color that she chooses to fit my original hair color. I also tried Mohair, and I am so happy with the outcome. She used the treatment in a very professional way that made my hair look shiny, smooth like silk, and no friz anymore! I have tried keratin at different salons many times but It never made my hair as good as Mohair does! I highly recommend Freda’s salon .

Freda did such an amazing job on my hair. Prior to this I hadn’t had my hair cut in about a year because I was so traumatized from my last experience at Fantastic Sams. But Freda was so sweet and her salon has such a friendly and welcoming vibe. I walked out of there happier with my hair than I have been in a VERY long time. I will definitely be going back.
