Brazilians can sometimes be a bit overwhelming, but she is so patient, understanding and professional. This place is a hidden gem in Poulsbo and I just love the vibe and how inviting, comfortable, clean and organized everything is. The customer service is always great and I always feel welcome and able to book easily. I wanted to purchase a lip care product for my daughter and the receptionist was so helpful in answering my questions and finding the perfect one.
