Positive: Professionalism, Quality, ValueFirst time getting a haircut here and it was a pleasant experience. I’m not from the area but was able to get in and get a quality haircut. Jim is great! He did an excellent job and was a great conversationalist. Plus the shop was clean and the overall ambiance is fantastic. First time getting a haircut here and it was a pleasant experience. I’m not from the area but was able to get in and get a quality haircut. Jim is great! He did an excellent job and was a great conversationalist. Plus the shop was clean and the overall ambiance is fantastic. If you live in the Burlington area or are simply passing through, I highly recommend you go see Jim or Paul.

Critical: QualityI walked in guy was on his phone he quickly got off. I told him what I wanted and tried to spark conversation along the way we talked a liked no one else was in the place at this time. More people started showing up it seemed like it was a rushed haircut very uneven not very professional, no straight razor isn’t that what a barber does?? Beard was uneven just overall bad experience once I got home and fully examined myself. My fault I should of looked it over longer in parlor but I didn’t want to hold dude up from making money. I saw uneven on the fade in my car mirror right away should of went back in but I didn’t wanna be that guy. Still gave a 31$ tip and told dude I appreciated him on a $29 chop up now I got to find a barber to fix it.
