All the employees were very nice. That being said , the place was dirty and in need of a makeover, especially the downstairs area. The hair cutter that did my hair had brushes that looked like they had not been cleaned EVER! They were full of hair and they were actually gross. The floors were black with dirt and every surface was filthy. The florescent lights did not help at all.

Its been a long time since Ive been to Frasada. I got the best haircut from Royce. Royce listens carefully to what customers want. Tracey colored my hair. Gorgeous! Exactly what I wanted. I went to Frasada for a 90 minute massage and a Facial. The person doing massage gave me a 40 minute massage but i was charged for 60 minutes. I was in the massage room for a total of 45 minute which include the time she took to set up. I asked for a 80 minute massage. She also did mostly reflexology which I did not ask for and is cheaper than what i paid for. Facial wasnt bad but also felt rushed. Face mask was left on for less thab 5 minutes Facility was nice and clean. front desk qas nice.
