Critical: Quality, ValueI did not like my hair at all. I asked for a shape up on top and Filip chopped it. He did not pay any attention to my instructions. I spent a year growing my hair. My side burns were uneven and slanted. I would never go back again. Not worth it. Poor. If I could, I would give a 0 star.

My son and I came in today for our first visit. I couldn’t believe we were in-and-out in less than a half hour. Looking back, I can see why – absolutely terrible haircut. Fillip barely paid attention to our instructions, and rushed us through. The back of my son’s head looks like it was cut with a lawnmower. Given the result I honestly question his qualifications. Frank’s is a factory with no care for service. We will not be back.
