Critical: Professionalism, QualityJust moved to Jackson because I just accepted a US Forest Service job here, and needed a barber. Was expecting a lot more due to the great reviews. Maybe it wasn’t Frank himself cutting my hair. A lot of inappropriate touching and this guy butchered my hair, fade is way off, and chopped up the top of my hair terribly. Had to go elsewhere to fix it and they were baffled by how terrible my hair was cut. Just moved to Jackson because I just accepted a US Forest Service job here, and needed a barber. Was expecting a lot more due to the great reviews. Maybe it wasn’t Frank himself cutting my hair. A lot of inappropriate touching and this guy butchered my hair, fade is way off, and chopped up the top of my hair terribly. I walked into Frankie’s Barber Shop 10 years ago. I was Welcomed with a Big Smile, a Hello, and Be seated. Without saying a word of how I wanted my hair cut Frankie just proceeded, and gave me the Best haircut I’ve ever had. Just Perfect. He just knew what to do, and continues to give me the same great haircut 10 years later. I still don’t say a word of how. The conversation is always friendly, and always good for a few laughs. And always a good old movie or old Cooner concert on the TV to relax too. Thank You Frankie, your the Best!!
