Went into get a haircut walk-in, no friendly hi welcome in. They had at least 5 people waiting as well, a simple question on should i make an appointment to come back?, the lady (whos a barber) said oh we dont know when we will be free but come back in a couple of hours. I thought to myself,okay dont book an appointment but come back an wait again! because im pretty sure there will be more people in line waiting for a haircut. The woman who worked there said to make one for tomrw but i obviously im here today. I was willing to wait but could not give me an estimated time.

Barber is always on her phone, service is terrible they take forever to cut you’re hair when it usually takes 30 to 45 minutes, went across town to Gilroy barber lounge and tbh they have way better service, they offered us soda and they don’t take forever, don’t recomend this place.
