Worst haircut I’ve ever received. I have a very simple hairstyle and I even had the measurements written down for the barber just in case. The barber hacked at my hair with no technique. Cut everything way to short and uneven. The entire haircut was done in 6 minutes and I was hurried out. Would not recommend Haircut

Great place for a haircut. Chris has clearly been doing this for a long time; and she is incredibly friendly! I feel like my hair is awkward to cut and have had trouble with barbers in the past getting a cut I’m satisfied with. With a few simple directions Chris gave me one of the cleanest cuts I’ve had in years. I’ll be coming back for my next one. Highly recommend giving Frank’s a try.

Five stars because I can’t rate it six. Prices are very reasonable, the service is great, the conversation is excellent and the barbers are as friendly as can be. Efficient, persistent, conversational, and a place I can absolutely see myself going back to every single time I need a cut. I think I found my new local shop!

Needed a cut before going on vacation, and chose Frank’s because they were open at 7 AM. This was a major cut because my wife had just informed me that it was time to “go short” (very delicately suggesting that I was in danger of sporting a comb-over). Chris took care of me, with great advice on how to ease into my new close-cut. Went with a 4 on the top and gentle fade on the sides. Have been getting compliments non-stop on the new look. I will be back soon to get things cleaned up and looking nice.

I moved to Waltham 4 years ago and this is the first shop I tried and have gone ever since. It’s the kind of place my father used to take me. A couple chairs and a couple barbers. These guys do a great job and are friendly to talk. $15 for a cut and no gimmicks.

If you are looking for a good no frills Barber Shop then Frank’s is the place for you. The Staff is friendly and they remember your name when you come in (just like the good old days) and you get a good haircut and the local scoop. Frank’s is a step back in time…which in this case is a very good thing!!
