Not the best place to go. First off made my appointment. I had to wait about 45 minutes. I went to get color and highlights. He said my hair was not in condition to do highlights but he recommended balayage. I thought that was nice of him to take care of my hair. Well he started and people kept walking in an he would tell me a little longer. Please wait. I thought okay, not too bad but after sitting for about 3 people. I asked him how much longer. Well when he was finally ready to start my hair it was pretty much fried. He tried to cut my ends off but he would have to cut it short something I didn’t want. He didn’t have an excuse except to try to sell me some kind of hair repair. Needless to say…I had to cut my hair short after to get the burnt ends off. I think he knows what he is doing but if you are not his regular, maybe it’s not a good idea to try this place. He seems to favor his regulars and doesn’t seem to want to grow his business.

I have trust issues with hairstylist doing my hair due to past bad experiences. However, Franko is the only place where I can walk in sit down and relax! I know that when he is done doing my hair, it is always going to be exactly what I love! Best hair salon in OC!!!
