I had my grandson with me this weekend and he wanted a “marine haircut”. Being on the autism spectrum he sometimes requires redirection. The guys at the shop were fantastic. Isaiah received a great cut, and I spent the time chatting with other customers. The entire 1st experience made me appreciate all of the great reviews online. They are the reason I chose Franklin’s Family Barber Shop. They definitely offer a warm welcoming environment as well as great service.

Uncle Lou was so great with my two year old getting his first haircut even though he kicked screamed and split out the chair multiple times he kept his professionalism and didn’t give up until the haircut looked decent. I really enjoy the family oriented atmosphere.

First time to a barber shop. Tried salons for a pixie cut. Never worked out looking feminine. I have fine thin hair! Showed Kim a picture and asked her to not cut short around receding temples. So I moved up north about 3 months ago and I’ve tried about 6 different barbers in the area, from franchise shops, to mom and pop shops, and I would put my hand on a bible and tell you how great this place was! Super clean floors, looks like they Wax em, the barbers and cashier talk to you the whole time made me feel so comfortable and not sit there awkwardly In silence, plenty of chairs to sit and wait if need be, but I went on a Sunday at 12:45 and there was only one other customer at the moment, worked out perfect! But the main reason I’m making this post, is because I am fully blown away with how my head shave and beard lined up, I’m talking straight as a knifes blade, the lines look like something out of a magazine, and I was Lucky enough to be that guy, Lou is the owner and the one who cut my hair and did my beard, I’m hands down 150% convinces this is my go to barber shop in the northern Virginia area, even when I move back to orange I will still be coming here and getting my hair cut and beard trimmed. Absolute fantastic job, and god bless the staff and this buisness.
