Had high hopes after being recommended to go to this barber by multiple people. As soon as I walked in to my appointment the lady was rude. I understand the stress of running a business but not to the point of yelling at a customer like a dog. She has a lot of long time customers so she probably isn’t worried about making new ones, especially in Juneau where it’s already hard to find a place. However, that doesn’t give them a right to be rude to customers. Definitely won’t be going back there I can’t fathom how this place has such high reviews.

I was told I could get a haircut, then after I waited for 25 minutes, she said she was taking her appointment of two people. She said she told me she was booked all day (that statement wasn’t directed at me). Doesn’t respect walk-ins, and I’m glad it didn’t work out, because I don’t want to give business to someone who disrespects potential customers’ time that way.
