Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualitySeverely disappointed. I had Jen as my stylist for my wedding, she did my hair and my bridesmaids’/moh hair. First off, as part of the bridal package you get a hair/makeup trial. I scheduled mine about 5months in advanced. Jen texted me the evening before my trial and cancelled to go on vacation. I should have fired her then and there…my mistake. We rescheduled it for 3wks before the wedding, she said it worked for her then she didn’t even show up for it. Instead she had one of her employees in the salon do my trial. Young girl, super nice, but struggles with braiding. Wedding day arrives and they get my girls’ hair “done” -they didn’t even finish it. They were rushing through everything so they could go to a different wedding. They were making remarks about some of my girls’ hair, and their hair ended up falling out less than 30min after Jen and her makeup girl left and my girls hadn’t even put their dresses on yet. We essentially had to redo all of their hair. I also had to call my groom to get my curling iron so his dad could drive it over.The positives are they are nice and my hair stayed put and looked good!Overall, super unprofessional, didn’t finish their job, hurried through everything, did a very careless and sloppy job for my girls, cancelled the evening before a bridal appointment that had been scheduled for 5months, didn’t show up to the rescheduled bridal appointment, we had to redo everyone’s hair ourselves on wedding day.
