My first facial with Frankie was excellent! She is extremely knowledgeable, so nice to talk with, and great at what she does! She took time to evaluate my skin, explain each step of the facial process, and answer questions I had about products. The facial itself also included so much more than any facial I’ve ever had before at other places. My skin looks and feels amazing after the facial. I’m so thankful for such a great experience and am looking forward to my next appointment!

My experience with Frankie has been nothing but excellent. Frankie was very pleasant to talk to and provided me with detailed information and attentive care during the consultation and facial that I have had with her. I was very impressed with her knowledge and she gave me thorough and effective answers to any questions that I asked. She really made me feel comfortable. Frankie has also significantly assisted me in refining my product routine, addressing my skin concerns, and creating an effective path going forward, which is something I greatly appreciate. I have had a few negative experiences with dermatologists and other professionals who were rather dismissive, so it was very encouraging to meet with someone who really listened to what I had to say and offered me personalized professional advice, as opposed to others who I felt made up their minds on what they were going to tell me before I even walked in the door. I also felt the price of the appointment was fair and affordable, especially when compared to the prices of others in her field. She also was kind enough to include samples with my appointment which only further increased the appointment’s value. I really look forward to my future appointments and interactions with Frankie and I would recommend her to anybody.

Frankie gave me the best facial I have ever had! She asked me about my skin and what my skin goals were. She explained every step of the process and spent a lot of time doing extractions and making sure my pores were squeaky clean! Frankie is a very warm person and her studio is very cozy. I cannot say enough about how good her facial was. Definitely check her out if you are looking for a top class facial.

It was the best facial I ever had. The ambience is very calming and Frankie is very professional and welcoming. She performed blackhead extractions and got rid of all my impurities and did a marvelous job. My skin glowed like never before. She explained to me everything about my skin and what she was doing step-by-step. We talked and bonded during my service which made the experience even better. I will absolutely be using her in the future for my monthly skin maintenance. She offers so many services and I’m just curious to try each and everyone of them for the best possible skin I could have. And as a cherry on top she gives us a wonderful neck and shoulder massage at the end.

Frankie is THE BEST! Not only is she friendly, funny, and welcoming- she knows her stuff! Everything she does is personalized for you and your skin. I was breaking out pretty badly and she spent as much time as she possibly could on extractions and made suggestions for my skincare routine that have greatly helped clear my skin.
