they may be the best individuals, therefore the customer service was terrible. They did not make me feel positive about myself or hyped me up with a positive attitude. I gave them specific instructions of how I wanted my virgin hair to be colored and they kept impulsing me to not do it because according to one of them “your not ready, just come back when you are” “mm you just want this much of hair” At last my hair was completely burnt, and part of my hair fell. Like I said they could be the best people in the world, but personally I would NOT go back. I would recommend for those who think to dye their hair to choose wisely who you will trust your hair with.
