I had my hair done at Frankie’s recently. I paid over $160.00. I did not get the results that I asked for so I called and spoke with the stylist who told me that she would work with me to make things right. When I called back to schedule an appointment she told me that she would not give me a color correction at NO CHARGE. I then called Frankie directly. She also refused. As a result I am out the cost of my style. I cannot recommend Frankie’s due to what I see as poor customer service. I have scheduled a style at another shop.

As the other reviewers have said, this place is absolutely the best. I’ve had a few recent bad experiences with both cut and color, to the point that I dreaded getting my hair done worse than going to the dentist! On a whim I called for an appointment here and I’m so very glad I did. I was greeted with such courtesy and professionalism, which really makes all the difference. Now my fears are gone and my hair looks amazing, in half the time and for half the cost that I thought it would take! We’re talking top-notch customized color! Now if I could only find the perfect place for a nice spa pedicure… Seriously though, go here. You won’t regret it.

WARNING!!! DO NOT VISIT THIS SALON!!!If it were possible to leave a 0 star review I would! This is by far the worst salon I have ever been to! What a nightmare!! I went in for gentle highlights on my dark brown hair…walked out with the entire top of my head a copper orange color….I honestly don’t understand how this was even possible, since you do not color ALL of the hair when adding highlights!!! She also double scheduled herself so that while she was doing my color, she was also doing another womans hair. I paid the $200, because she agreed to fix it…came back a second time, and she added a toner that did nothing…nothing! Still bright ORANGE!!! By this point I asked for a refund, which she refused…by the way, the woman doing my hair WAS THE OWNER, FRANKIE!!!! So there is really no excuse! This woman should not be doing hair. This happened almost 6 months ago, and after $500 spent in corrections, I am almost back to undamaged hair. Seriously, if you care about your hair, DON’T GO TO FRANKIES

I want to say my experience is good because Frankie (the owner and woman who did my hair) was very nice throughout the process. However I was at the salon for a total of 8 hours just getting ombré!! I wanted my hair to go from dark brown to a light blond but instead my hair was completely blond and orange?!? It was probably 9 at night when I saw my hair finally and cried. I couldn’t hold it back because I had school in two days and I was so embarrassed of what she did to my hair. It was very obvious that she does not know how to do ombré. Although she did not make me pay and I used the money to just get my hair fixed the next day at my usual hair salon. The lady there told me she could not give me the original ombré that I wanted because my hair was fried and basically too damaged.

Jessica is awesome, really listens to what you want. She is very knowledgeable as well and helps you make the best decision for your hair! Everyone there is friendly and the salon is clean and cute!

Just moved to the area and wanted to find a salon that used Framesi color. I took a chance without recommendations from friends and found a great salon. Everyone is very friendly, the salon is stylish, clean and comfortable and more importantly my stylist knows her color! No need to look any further, I love this place.
