I showed her three pictures and she said she had an idea on what colors to use and she NAILED IT! I have never had a stylist I was so happy with!! Always have the loveliest time at this salon!! I see Xela for cuts&color and she never fails to amaze me!!!! She is amazing at consulting and making sure you get the results you want while maintaining the health of your hair! Would definitely recommend Xela as a stylist but the entire staff is delightful as well!!!!

Cesi is AMAZING!!! I have gone from Very long down my back hair to Shaved and everything in between. I went from dying my hair red to leaving it natural and grey. Through all of this Cesi has been the one to cut color trim and make my hair unbelievable I get SO many compliments everyday, it’s nuts. Everyone here is SO friendly. I will never use another Salon!!

I called for my two daughters for color, one wanted a balayage and the other for highlights. The price I was quoted over the phone for the balayage “started at $145” with a stylist that was a “level 2”. I asked a few more questions about the total price, she couldn’t give me a quote over the phone, so I went ahead and booked, securing with a credit card in case I did not show up or cancel the appointment. I normally would go in with my daughter to verify the service and cost, but she is 18 so I thought I would let her advocate for herself. She got there and they told her that if she didn’t want “yellow hair” she would have to have a toner for $40 and there may also be another tray of color needed (maybe) for $40- a total of $225 which is 50% more than the starting price. I believe that there is not one person that could get a balayage at $145 out the door, so this is very deceptive and bait and switch. She has shoulder length hair and not at all thick. Under what circumstances would you not have to use a toner? Under what circumstances would you not need an extra tray of color? I told her to do the balayage at a budget of $180 (with the toner) and the stylist said it wouldn’t turn out right and made her sign a paper that she wasn’t getting what she wanted and instead they did foils on her. All said she ended up paying $180 for the foils which was not what she wanted, and the balayage couldn’t be done at $180? It’s a shame that realistic pricing before the appointment is not available, because my card was there, we were handcuffed to the appointment. It is ludicrous that before you accept a service that you should be the mercy of someone who can’t provide a quote. We won’t be back and I canceled my other daughters appointment for highlights. Bad business decisions and very misleading pricing.

I like the Gironda salons so much, and I loved my stylist last visit I had I’m not quite happy with my hair turnout though. If I paid over $200 I just want to see a little bit of a change. Unfortunately or sadly it looked like almost nothing was done or changed.
