Was never told that if I had to cancel the same day that I would be charged, Laura the receptionist yelled at me and told me “she always tells everyone the policy everyday”. I got news for you lady, I am a captain at a Michelin restaurant in Chicago and memorize orders for a living. She never said a word when I was rebooked with Kaylee to use the Groupon. Laura was one of the rudest people I have ever encountered. So rude I have no interest in using their services at all. I traded in the Groupon after my horrible encounter with her. Then they had the audacity to charge me after Laura yelled at me, lied and insisted she told me the policy when it was her that messed up. Since laura told me the manager “clarissa” would be the one to decide if the charge was put on, I asked to be notified if this was the case. No one ever called, and they then charged my card. Worst business I have ever encountered and I will be fighting this charge. Go anywhere else, this place is horrendous

It is so nice to have this salon right in downtown Glen Ellyn. Lunch & shopping are just steps away. But the main reason for this review is the great experience I had at my last appointment. The staff is warm & friendly. My haircut and color were exactly what I wanted – thanks to Sharon. She is talented and experienced, and I’d REALLY recommend her!

I went to this place for Haircut, Balayage, and deep conditioning(group on coupon). Fernanda was so sweet and patient. She understood my requirement and gave me a perfect hair makeover. However, the person on the reception was quite rude and it was a challenge to get an appointment for the services. And as the entire service took a long time, it was done in 2 sittings. For service, i will give 5/5 but rude receptionist, screwed up appointment booking online as well as phone i would rate 3/5
