Always have a great experience and Frank made me appreciate my natural curls and waves. Only tell him length and color shade preference, and he figures out rest. Cut and color always look fresh and modern and are easy to style. Even when air dried, receive compliments on how great curls look. He is a naturally talented sylist.

Frank is the best in Lancaster. I’ve been seeing him since 2006 or so. I trust him. Always great cut and color. I’m in my 50s and I try not to interfere. It’s best if I let him do what he does. It’s always natural and always up to date on the cut. The atmosphere is very chic, comfortable and clean. He’s fun to see and my husband’s eyes pop out of his head when I go home. Five stars.

Frank’s talent is five star. However, my guess is that since I was only receiving cuts (and not getting coloring services), there was little interest in keeping me as a client: two-hour delay for one appointment, last minute cancellation for another, brusque attitude for a Monday morning appointment. If those things don’t bother you, or if you are getting both cut and coloring services, you may be pleased with this salon.
