Critical: Professionalism, QualityIf I could give them 0 stars I would. I went & asked for blonde highlights & my hair is now orange, yellow, black and brown. I have 4 different shades I understand that my hair would take 2 sessions but it should at least be blended correctly. I did not ask for a trim but Shayna took it upon herself to trim my hair unevenly at that ! Worst experience ever I do not recommend this place ! They do not care about customer satisfaction just money. After she messed up my hair I asked for a refund or if she could at least fix my hair and she said no to both. Shayna!! Our first time here – she gave haircuts to my preschool son and elementary school aged daughter and both were done quick and painlessly. Cuts for both are perfect!! The place is not fancy – but don’t judge the talent by the venue. Shayna was great with both kids – thank you!

All my kids get their haircut here, even though we live 45 minutes away! Michelle is the best, fast, accurate, and very pleasant. Nobody cuts my kids’ thick hair like she does anywhere as we’ve tried other places. We’ve been customers for 18 years.

Worst haircut my child has ever received, and my son has gotten some bad ones. On top of the bad haircut, after using their restroom I come back to see a patch of hair missing on the side of his head and she had the nerve to lie and say that was already done (my son hasn’t gotten a haircut in over a month). I told her not to worry about the rest and she still charged me 8 dollars. Horrible place. Dont bring your kids here!!!!!!
