Francoise beauty and nail salon has been around for 35 years. Francoise retired 2 years ago and Bernard bought Francoise’s. He is taking the salon to a new level! He has hired some new, younger stylists, to help take Francoise’s beauty salon to a new and expanded salon that will accommodate clients of all ages, giving each and every client exactly what they desire from keratins, all color process, updo’s for any and every special event, manicures, pedicures, and waxing. We are excited to expand our salon and services to the clients that have been with Francoise’s since the beginning, and we are very happy to welcome all of our future clients. Mari is the best nail tech – I started with a groupon over a year ago and she is terrific! Mari is very attentive and special! Her prices are good and she gives you a massage and even a glass of wine(if you want). Very pleased!

I recently had a manicure and pedicure with Mari at this salon. I am very happy with her work, and she was a pleasure to have this service done by. The owner of the salon introduced himself during my short wait for her, which I consider an excellent gesture. I will definitely go back to her for my next mani-pedis.

Do not go here! Owner is rude and uncooperative, does not return calls or messages. They’re scamming and cheating people out of being able to obtain the services they paid for (Groupon) since they’ve already gotten their money. Tried for almost two weeks trying to make an appointment, calling days in advance, but once they ask if you have a Groupon and you say yes, they owner says they’re suddenly “fully booked”. My friend called to make an appointment right after I spoke to them, said she didn’t have a Groupon and she got an appointment. Don’t fall for this place, it’s horrible.

Holly has been helping me grow my hair out keeping it stylish as it gets longer. A very fun place with a true ” beauty parlor” vibe. Everyone I’ve seen leave looks fabulous!

My boyfriend gifted me a Groupon for this place to get a mani/pedi… upon arrival I said hello the receptionist was so distracted on her cell phone she didn’t even acknowledge me, when the business line rang after literally 2 maybe 3 long minutes of me standing there she turned around & jumped when she saw me. Finally after waiting for her to get off the phone I tell her I’m here for mani/pedi she lets me know that their nail tech called in sick. Upon further observation of the place I noticed there were mostly senior citizen customers getting their hair done, it’s mainly a hair salon. I was so upset driving from the east to margate to be completely ignored at the entrance & then find out the only nail tech they have wasn’t even in that day. That’s what we get for being cheap I guess.. trying to get a good deal on groupon, HIGHLY DISAPPOINTING!

I would not pick a star for this place! Horrible customer service, had an appt at 3, got there 15 min early, my appointment time comes up I waited 5 min, asked the receptionist how much longer it’ll take she tells me I don’t know an her n points at the another lady by the pedicure area, then she yells from where she was sitting asking the same lady how much longer , she says 10 min, I was OK, sat back down, 15 min later the girl is done, then went ahead and took another customer then she started cutting that customers hair I again went to the receptionist and ask isn’t she supposed to take me? Receptionist was like I don’t know ask her! I’m like what the hell!? I just walked out of there, NEVER WILL I EVER COME BACK TO THIS PLACE! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.
