Sports Massage Pre-event: warms up muscles, increases blood circulation and flexibility of joints to reduce the risk of injuries. Post-event: relieves muscle spasms and fatigue, flushes out toxins to speed recovery, helps in conditioning of muscles. Sciatica Massage sciatica refers to lower back pain caused by irritation of the sciatica nerve.
