I had a shine bomb, cut, and style: the first photo was the result. I showed Gina the photo of my hair after my last cut/ style/ shine bomb in May (second photo, at an Aveda location in Virginia) and she assured me that she could achieve this. (I had to explain that this IS my hair in an unfiltered photo, and not a model/ edited photo as she first insisted.)

Shelby was fantastic! She listened to me and really heard what I was going for, then offered her professional opinion and advice and everything turned out wonderfully. I had been to another salon about six weeks ago and the color from them ended up being a bit too dark. Shelby listened to where I was trying to go with my hair color and cut and then made it happen. I love my hair now! The owner was there when I checked out and was super nice and friendly. I will be back!

I absolutely love the Franco Alexander Salon and especially the owner, Franco! He makes the appointment fun from the time you enter the salon. Franco also cares about the HAIR! My hair has never looked better and I look forward to continuing to be a client! Awesome job Franco!

I can’t understand “some” reviews in here that are a positive. If I could give NO STARS l would! This leads me to believe they are fake and from employees posing as customers. The owner Franco is disgusting, not only in his appearance but in his behavior. He is the rudest man I have ever encountered. The whole time he is standing there throwing F-bombs left and right…in front of my 6 year old! I got my daughter’s hair cut there (not by him) by some girl who did not know what she was doing. My daughter’s hair was so beautiful and long. I went to get a trim. I got her home and it was so totally obvious that one side was cut much much shorter. Like there was no coming back from that unless I cut the rest to match, which was months of regrowth to get it back there. So, I called. What a huge mistake!!!!!!!!!!! I talked with Franco and I was very polite. I said I feel like definitely this is a teachable moment for his employee. I thought maybe he would apologize and try and make it right. Boy was I wrong!!!!! He cussed at me and was yelling very loud and getting very very belligerent. I was so appalled by how he was talking to me. I know I kept stammering trying to even comprehend what was even going on. He left me in tears, and honestly thinking back I feel this man gets off on treating people this way! He had a restaurant in town for a hot minute…and can you guess how long he was in business for?? Yep literally a minute!! Lol and smh!! I guess karma really does come full circle!
