Myoskeletal Alignment Technique massage
An assessment based (and results oriented), therapeutic session to treat strain patterns before they be come pain patterns. We’ll start with a through intake and assessment, go over your therapy goals, and then get started. I can also recommend retraining exercises for home use to help your body retain the progress we made in the session. 90 minutes		$90.00
Traditional Thai massage
Done while you are fully clothed, rhythmic stretching, rocking and pressure to stretch you head to toe. Done on a mat on the floor or on a table. Please note: allowing yourself to be stretched by someone else is not for everyone. Please check with yourself to be sure you are either open to something different than a regular massage or willing to have a new experience. 90 minutes		$75.00

I had never had Reiki massage and had been very against it for a long time. I had always heard different things so I was a little fearful! After I had a few conversation with Francesca I finally went for a reiki massage and I was in for a surprise. It was absolutely phenomenal a complete out of body experience. I deal with a lot of depression and anxiety and it was almost it felt like the massage gave my body and mind a total rebirth! I highly recommend going to see Francesca she is extremely caring and attentive to your needs!

My first Reiki experience was with Francesca and it left me speechless! I wasn’t sure what to expect since I didn’t know much about Reiki and what it is. I talked with Francesca before receiving my first session and learned that it consists of energy work and although I was a little skeptical about what energy work meant, I was excited to give it a try! At the start of my Reiki session Francesca focused her energy on making me feel comfortable and relaxed. For the rest of the session I had an experience that even now I am not sure how to explain! It was amazing and I would definitely receive another session from her. After the session I felt that my body and mind had a major transformation and it helped that Francesca was willing to talk to me and help me process my feelings after the session. This is something I will recommended to all my friends!
