I was sad because this is my second time back to this nail spot- the first time i loved the manicure that they did and it lasted very well. yesterday i went in to get a pedicure and manicure before my first vacation in years and i am going to have to get both redone (and i a hurry before we leave!). While i managed to pull out a tiny hair lodged in the polish of one of my finger nails, there were multiple uneven spots and another chipped less than 12 hours after the service. the toenails speak for themselves. the techno toons were great- very kind and personable, the outcome however was sloppy and sad.

I don’t normally do reviews but needed to do one for this. I have had good experiences with Frances nails but recently each time I schedule with a specific tech, I get stuck with someone else, but I give them a chance anyways. This time I asked for a simple design that turned out like this. I came in with long square nails and wanted to keep them squared. I asked for dip and got dip but gel polish was added on top of all nails, including the ones that don’t have a design, which probably caused my nail to chip the top coat within a hour of leaving. On top of that I paid $90. I wish I could get a refund or didn’t pay for these nails. The last pic is what I asked for.

Critical: QualityI LOVE pedicures.. but I was better off keeping my old pedicure. I get a pedicure every 6 weeks and look forward to it. Loved everything about the salon and the experience until they shaped and painted. Thought it would be fun to relax on vacation and I even researched before booking. I will be getting these redone tomorrow and slowly reshaping them. Cuticles didn’t get taken care of, two nails chipped already (not even 24 hours with Gel), big toe isn’t cured properly, and I didn’t receive the squared nails that I asked for. I got my nails done 4 days ago. Although the nail tech was extremely nice, she constantly cut me with the drill, and was very rushed through the whole process. She painted one thin coat and didnt let it dry nearly long enough. After a day, the polish started chipping. I decided to try this salon and payed $95 for the set. Im not arguing with the price, and I firmly stand by the saying, if you dont agree with the cost, take your business elsewhere. I normally get my nails done for half the amount with much better quality, so I simply recommend saving your money and going somewhere else.

This was my first time visiting this salon. I went with my daughter solely based off of the google rating and we were so happy with our experience! The nail technicians were super friendly and did a great job! We both got Gel manicures and two days later no chipping or imperfections to our nails! Definitely amazing quality. Would 100% recommend and will definitely be going back! Prices were also very reasonable and loves that it was not super busy or packed in the salon.

Great experience at France Nails & Spa today for some self-care! Always happy with my dipping powder nails. My nails turned out wonderful! I’ve gotten so many comments! Clean salon and the staff is welcoming and also very nice. The gentleman who did my nail recommended what was best for my nails, as I had asked about the different products and applications.

The atmosphere is great and the customer service is fantastic. I’ve been going here for months and they have always been so kind and wonderful to me. My nails also always look amazing. If you want a Really Good set of nails that wont pop off or chip easily. pPus SUPER CUTE DESIGNS. Come here to France Nails & Spa. They’re very detail oriented and made sure I was happy with my nails. It is the best acrylics with french tip I have ever done.
