I’ve been seeing Fran for a long time now and honestly couldn’t be happier with the results! I originally went for just a few hairs on my face, but couldn’t resist coming back to do more areas! The results are truly permanent, but they do take time due to the nature of hair and cycles of growth. I’ve found electrolysis with her to be the perfect solution to all the irritations and red bumps that I used to get from razor burn on my thighs and armpits as well as other annoying hairs. She’s upfront about the process and expectations (electrolysis really takes time!), answering all questions that you may have in a very professional and informed manner – her knowledge is extensive as she’s been working in the field for over 30 years! If you are sensitive to pain, she can also give you the best preparation tips before your treatment sessions. She clearly communicates her fair prices and flexible hours – and is diligent in her scheduling to avoid conflicts – in all 4 years of seeing her, I’ve only had to reschedule once! And that’s saying something because Fran always has lots of clients and is often booked out months in advance.
