I had come to the mall for another purchase and passed by here. I decided to do something nice for myself. I paid for the $99 classic look, which was supposed to be 90 lashes per eye. It clearly wasn’t 90 lashes. I had them done on a Tuesday (February 1) and by Saturday all but a few has fallen out. I then drove 1 hour and 20 minutes on Sunday only to find the store closed. I came back today (February 9) to have them fix it. I was told to come back when the manager was going to be there. I was supposed to go back around 5:00 and got there at 5:20 to find the doors closed and locked with nobody in the store. I think this is very, very poor business ethics. I wanted to do something to make myself feel better and ended up wasting almost 4 hours for nothing. I will be disputing the charges on my credit card. Thanks for nothing, Fracassi Lashes! This place is the worst. I went to get my lashes done May 28th,2021 5 minutes into my appointment I got sick and had to go home. When I asked for my money back they told me they would let me come back when I was better instead since I had already paid and they were closing soon. I ended up sick and I’m and out of hospitals for 6 months. When I called to get a refund they told me someone would give me a call back. Now every-time I call I just get hung up on. Never got my money back.

I felt like they didn’t know what they were doing. They were applying lashes just for the hell of it. I find that the lashes are all clustered on top of one another and overlapping everywhere. It didn’t look natural and definitely didn’t look like a style whatsoever. They wouldn’t give me a refund all they did was add more lashes to make it look more neat but I’m definitely not coming back. These people aren’t professional don’t let the nice decorations in the shop fool you into thinking it’s a fancy and affordable place for lashes and brows. Don’t waste your time coming here. Please don’t let someone do this to your lashes and think it’s “ok” or looks “good” it doesn’t look attractive. It’s unhealthy for your real lashes. This was what I payed 80 something bucks for.

They do not remember to book appointments appropriately and do NOT arrive to work on time. Today I was here for a 12pm appointment after the first appointment where my lashes were messed up completely and 20 mins later they have not started my appointment. Normally Daniela does a good job with my lashes but she did not do a professional job this last time and I had to take them out the same day. I am now back for them to redo the lashes… and they are late. The place is clean and nicely decorated, but they need professional workers who are not on their phone or talking to other people during your appointment or who arrive on time. When I arrived here they didn’t have the appointment I made on the books which was a bit irritating, but it happens. What really upset me was the prices went up in person vs what I was told over the phone. By ALOT. I told them it wasn’t the prices I was given and nobody rectified that. I paid 100$ for a facial that wasn’t all that great and lasted about 30 mins. My face felt very sticky and had mask still stick on it when I left. When I got my lashes tinted/lifted they looked exactly the same as when I came in, except I had black dye over my eyelids. Overall I paid 225$ for these two services not including the tip. Mind you to have false lashes put on costs as much as the lash lift which makes no sense.

Very disappointed in the customer service here. I am on my second year package and I came in today to have my lashes filled without realizing it was time for my payment and the owner was there and told the girl she cannot fill my lashes. I could very well make the payment next time as I just didn’t realize it had already been a month of going. I paid have upfront and had to pay half within a month. Mind you I’m paying for a year package. For the owner to say she cannot fill my lashes as if I’m not there every week to pay it next time is absolutely mind blowing. Especially since I have been going there for almost 2 years already. Extremely disappointing, I completely understand why they cannot keep any staff there as well. Damn shame.

Laura is amazing. She is knowledgeable and quick. I’ve stopped going for my lashes as i noticed they fell out fairly quickly (barely 2 weeks) however I will continue going for my brows. I do the tint with wax and they always turn out amazing! I’ve gotten so many compliments about how healthy and thick my brows are now which I loooove. The place is very clean and comfortable and the music is always great.
