Jenny did an amazing job, Manzillian, full back wax, nose and ears wax. It took about an hour. She holds attention with great conversation which helps me be distracted with what’s happening. My other providers all increased their prices and Foxy wax offered a very nice price. I’ll be back in 5 weeks. 9/20/21 *update, I have been to Foxy wax for all my wax needs, it is now September and plan to keep coming back!

Booked an appointment online through the website a couple of weeks in advance. Jenny did not show up for the appointment. The client who had an appointment prior, was also still there and confirmed that Jenny did not show for their appointment. I called to see if she was running late or if something personal came up, but she did not answer the phone. I called multiple times and left multiple messages. I did not receive a call back, email or text message. I booked another appointment a few weeks later to give her another chance. I called to confirm the appointment, but again, no answer. I sent an email as well, but again no answer. I talked to someone who also works in Salon Concepts and they confirmed that Jenny does not show up appointments and leaves her clients to awkwardly wait in the hallways frequently.

I just moved to the area and it’s safe to say that after one Brazilian wax with Jenny, I know I won’t be going anywhere else for my waxing needs. She was so friendly, very thorough, & worked quickly, without sacrificing quality or comfort. Definitely one of the cleanest & least painful waxes I’ve had, and it was affordable too!

Been going to jenny for 5 years she’s amazing as both a waxer and a person- I have had to go to other waxers from time to time over the years due to scheduling and I have always regretted it. They could never get shapes right, missed spots, took way longer and made it more painful oh and charged twice as much.

This was an amazing first experience! Found a parking spot right in the building parking lot in the back. (extraordinary since.. Uptown..) All the businesses aren’t posted on the door, but don’t worry, you’re in the right spot. Just walk in, take the elevator up to the 2nd level and you’ll find her in suite 12 on the map. Her door is open when she’s done with a client, so I don’t think you have to worry about knocking. She made me feel sooo comfortable, and chatted with me the whole time to distract me. Would go back to her in a heartbeat!

Best Wax I’ve had. Quick and easy. Great vibes. This place is located in the Salon Concepts suites and is on level 2. The entrance is on the back of the building. Definitely would recommend, super thorough.
