Disappointed. I went with a friend while I was in town to get our nails done. Anna did my SNS dip manicure and they had a shattered appearance the next day and are chipping in all the shattered spots 4 days later. I spent $45 plus a tip and may as well have thrown it away. Worst manicure of my life. Something is wrong with the technique as she used the activator like 7 times and put my nails under the UV light which dip nails don’t need. Very strange. Would not recommend and can’t go back to get it fixed cause I’m out of state. She was looking at them strange but assured me it would be ok. She should have apologized for messing up and given me a discount or offered to redo them or not charge at all.

Went to get a power dip gel manicure, used to go here all the time. This time my entire set of power dip nails cracked two days later. The owners were soo nice in fixing the issue. I will go back again despite the issue that happened. Manicure

I came to Foxy Salon & Spa one day for a pedicure. Cuticle clippers are one of my worst nightmares, but my pedicurist was very meticulous. She did nick my second toe a bit and it stung and bled a bit but apologized briefly after and asked if I was okay. Mistakes happen but I wish my pedicurist was more careful with the cuticle clippers as they are a very sharp tool. Other than that, my experience was pleasant. I appreciate the cleanliness of the place.

Make you wait 45 minutes for a haircut even though you booked an appointment. Rude when questioned about this. Shop has been opened late with me waiting outside. The owner talks down to her staff in front of customers. Never really gets the cut right even when it’s been explained multiple times. I have been a regular here and am always willing to give people a chance, but after this last experience I will never be returning. The owner needs to learn what customer service is and how to treat unsatisfied customers. If you want a haircut, I would look elsewhere….

I have been going here for years. The haircuts are always great and my nails always look good when I get a manicure. When I get my eyebrows done, they are done well. The place looks neat, clean, and bright.
