Terrible honestly. I went there a couple of times because they have a good price but the quality control is ridiculous. They didn’t remove all of my previous nail polish and left it on. The cut and shape was not at all what I asked for. I did a french manicure and it was horrendous and misshapen.

I typically don’t go here at all but I decided to come here since its close to work as I was headed there anyway afterwards. I was not pleased with my service at all, it was a lousy job. It was a pedicure I could of done myself at home. My toes were all different shapes after growing them out (They have been square shaped), still had some gel polish from an old pedicure stuck, still had excess cuticles left behind too. I had flies flying around me during my service on top pf that. I should of walked out at that point but I made the mistake of not doing so. I came back in to complain after taking a good look at my toes. They tried to fix it and it was still bad. The manager refused to give me back a refund and made a bunch of excuses. I wont come back here at all. Very unprofessional.

I get my eyebrows and upper lip area done here all the time and no problems. She even ask me how I’m doing and I ask her the same. But this time she burned my skin with the wax and I will not be going back at all.

The salon overall could be nicer. Great location. When certain managers are around they don’t blade the bottoms of the feet. If you are going to offer a service (such as blade-ing the feet )when certain managers aren’t there and then deciding not to credo- blade the feet it’s not right to the people that want their feet done consistently. Monica lied about the services which turned me off on this nail salon. Unprofessional pedicure.

The owner refused to do a simple black to burgundy ombre nail color for me. Instead she painted my nails burgundy and charged me 40 dollara just to fill and paint my nails. And they look like crap.

Eh, they’re ok if you want something done quick and semi cheap. Anytime I’ve ever been they only do cash so have that on hand. And I’ve noticed the nails only hold up as well as the regular polish for three weeks

The prices are low so I tip generously, and they accomodate by giving me excellent service. Once they get to know you and what they know you pay the service is great. I always get acrylic; my nails are done fast, excellent quality, and they last close to 3 weeks. I’ve had everyone in the shop do my nails and they all do a great job in different ways.
