Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI was so bummed when we moved an hour away from my usual nail artist! BUT! I got so lucky when I found Foxy Nails!!! And more specifically, VICKY!!!!!! She is always on time, super fast, always has creative ideas for me! My nails always last almost 4 weeks! I get acrylics and shellac, sometimes dip powder. But EVERY TIME THEY’RE PERFECT! I wanted to wait to write a review after seeing her consistently for several months, and well! She is amazing and consistent every time! The vibe there is always relaxing, the people there are friendly! The place is very CLEAN! I will never need a new nail salon as long as Vicky is there!!! Definitely worth trying them out! I was so bummed when we moved an hour away from my usual nail artist! BUT! I got so lucky when I found Foxy Nails!!! And more specifically, VICKY!!!!!! She is always on time, super fast, always has creative ideas for me! My nails always last almost 4 weeks! I get acrylics and shellac, sometimes dip powder. But EVERY TIME THEY’RE PERFECT! I have been to this salon probably 8-10 times now and will not be back. The nail tech who did my manicure was so sloppy and rude. My nails are lumpy, uneven and poorly shaped. There were a few spots on my nails where the dip powder did not stick due to her poor application (she kept getting up and coming back causing her to skip steps and layers of powder on certain nails). I figured she would eventually fix it but did not. When I pointed out several large dents, dark spots where other colors got onto my nail, uneven filing, she just went over them again with the dremel leaving more dents. One nail has already chipped and I had them done yesterday. Save your money and go somewhere that takes pride in their work.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI started going here because of one lady who is absolutely amazing! She’s quick listened to what I want and every time I left I was so happy with the results. I brought my sister here and raved that the tech I always get is amazing she would love it and IT WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Sadly I will never go here again because of the service both of us received on our nails by the same random lady we got stuck with. She was SO DISRESPECTFUL, wouldn’t acknowledge you or what you wanted and then start talking in her native language with dirty looks so you already know it’s not good. I asked for rounded square nails looking straight at her and she didn’t acknowledge me and instead did what she wanted. The girl doing my pedi (very nice and did a great job!) addressed my concern as she thought I was talking to her since this rude old lady wouldn’t answer me. She didn’t do my nails right, shaved them SO THIN FIVE BUSTED on the way home just opening my car door! And these are real nails! She soaked them forever and then on top of that ground them down to were my nails burned so bad under the light for gel. DO NOT GO HERE if you want to be appreciated and pampered which is what women go here for. Tried to go in the other day with my daughter and they didn’t want to paint our nails. Tried to talk me out of a Basic Manicure, which is listed on their services. They told me it would last a day and I needed to do gel or shellac. The guy literally laughed when I said no thanks. We ended up leaving & going to Hobby Nails. They did exactly what we wanted and our nails look great 5 days later!

Staff were friendly-ish, every one but the guy doing my manicure; I felt like was making fun of me, his cuticle work was amazing, but his shaping lacked and he wore these gloves that were supposed to be white but had yellow patches and were unsightly ripped and perfectly linned his hands as if he has warn them for weeks. The product he used for the lotion did not agree with my skin, it burns and they had a very funky smell ALONG WITH RUBBER! I couldnt get the smell off even when I scrubbed dawn dish soap on them! The place was clean and there were no strong smells. I didn’t do color yet the price didn’t change (doesn’t matter too much) Overall, I wouldn’t come here again for a manicure ever.

I asked for a coffin shape and they turned out very square even when I asked them to fix it, my nails also aren’t fully painted. You can see my actual nail through the polish, staff seemed very rushed. There is also acrylic powder all over the cuticle area of my nail. My cuticles were very cut up as well do to the rushing of the staff member. The customer service was also very slow, I was waiting for someone to do my nails and they would change the person doing my nails constantly. I felt like there wasn’t much effort being put into the service and was overall left very unsatisfied. I will not be returning.

the manager did my nails and sat on his phone the ENTIRE time talking to someone on SPEAKER. i am a client and i deserve the respect to have my nails done with a peaceful environment with full attention to my nails. it’s disrespectful and unprofessional. besides the manager; all the women are so wonderful and they do have a clean salon otherwise. not hating on the salon itself just the male manager.
