Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueWent in Friday to get a pedicure and my nails done, by Saturday my my toenail polish had chipped. Monday one tip had broken off, by Tuesday 3 nails were broken and 2 were chipped. Went in Wednesday evening after work and they refused to fix anything but the 3 broken nails. After waiting 30 minute they told me I would have to call tomorrow to ask for Laura to get a refund or my nails redone. I called today and she was very unprofessional. Told me that it was my fault (they are breaking off at the tips) and that I came in yesterday requesting a nail color change and to have a fresh set. I ONLY ASKED FOR THEM TO BE REDONE BECAUSE THEY WERE ALL BREAKING OFF, i did not ask for a color change at all. Then Laura told me that she never saw my nails so she doesnt know if they are actually broken or not. Manager asked to correct them. But was unhappy the whole time while doing them. Like it was my fault! Unprofessional and rude!
