I just want to know how anyone could charge $72 for a fresh set and send their customer home looking like this… The man doing my nails was very combative about what I wanted. I wanted tan nails, he said we should do pink, and the back and forth on my decision on MY OWN BODY went on for way too long. He then got angry at me when I gently reminded him I wanted matte top coat. No prices posted anywhere, though website says $35 “and up”. If I had read the reviews I would not have put myself through that kind of experience, and I hope that whoever’s reading this sees it before they get scammed too.

This place provides a good manicure, however the man doing my nails was the rudest nail tech I’ve ever had. I’ve never felt more uncomfortable in a nail salon, I have minor hand tics which have never been an issue when I get a manicure. But this man made it his mission to complain every second my hand would even slightly tense or twitch to the point I had to explain why. I’ve never had to even have that conversation at a nail salon before so I was flabbergasted. Additionally, the place does NOT have their prices listed anywhere so a standard gel manicure fill in is SIXTY TWO DOLLARS! The rate is absurd for how terribly they treat you, save yourself some trouble and never come here.

I don’t usually write reviews, but this one was quite upsetting. This was my first time coming to the place, it was slightly crowded so maybe that is why the experience wasn’t great and rushed. You could feel yourself being rushed. I went with my friend, she got a full set and I got dip powder. The person had cut my fingers SEVERAL times (I know it’s normal to get cut but the amount of time and not even a slight apology) and when it started bleeding they said “you made it bleed” not even in a sarcastic or joint way. Secondly the powder and top coat is all over my cuticles so it has started lifting already and it’s only been A DAY. There is one finger that has a DIP in it so it’s not even smooth or flat. And you can see that the colors are not evenly distributed since I can see my natural nails in some area. The person said that’s how it’s suppose to look and still asked if I liked it. My total (without tips) was almost $70 and my friends full set was almost $70 as well which doesn’t make sense since she added extra tips to make it long AND had flowers drawn. Usually most other places are only $45-50 for just simple color dip powder.

Pedicure turned out okay, but the technician hurt me several times, to the point of me commenting on the pain. My friend was also hurt to the point of bleeding cuticles. Neither of us received any sort of leg massage. Overall it was an okay experience, the place is clean and covid protection is a priority. I don’t feel though that the pedicure was worth what I paid.
