Critical: QualityI went there with my mother and my sister about two days ago. Their toes and nails were perfectly fine. When it came to me, the man working there was so rough and so rude. I gave him a picture of a french acrylic set to do and he cut my pinky finger in the process of doing my set!!!! He didn’t even apologize. As he kept doing my set, he was PINCHING my fingers very hard. After, I was getting my toes done by the same man. Tell me why he CUT the SIDE OF MY TOE NAIL. Still didn’t apologize!!!! Two days later, now I have a infected toe. Then charges me more for paying half cash and half card. Then keeps excessively asking me to tip him. I didn’t want to make a scene but I just gave him a $10 tip even though he didn’t deserve it. Would not recommend getting my nails done by the man working there Not happy at all with my nails and my INFECTED TOE. I went there with my mother and my sister about two days ago. Their toes and nails were perfectly fine. When it came to me, the man working there was so rough and so rude. I gave him a picture of a french acrylic set to do and he cut my pinky finger in the process of doing my set!!!! He didn’t even apologize. Letting my daughter be responsible and get her nails done on her own, she was taken advantage of on pricing rates. They charged my daughter extra fees that were outrages and not listed because a child does not know the difference. 40$ for starting price. They added 10$ on top of that for french and then added 10$ for long nails and it was not listed on their price sheet. 60.00 in total. Nothing was done fancy, no nail art. The rate prices they charged her were higher than they would have charged an average adult that would have known the difference. Watch out for Business that do this.
