Worst nail salon EVER!!! Never would I recommended this place I got there early enough to get my nails done and get to my apt on time, the lady that was doing my nails took 5 mins no lie on 1 nails kept going back and forth with the dip and the liquid that sets the dip powder to the point where the dip powder was overlapping my cuticle as shown in the picture and when I finally told her something about it she got offended (keep in mind I was respectful about it didn’t cause a scene) she said you can leave in the middle of her doing my nails, now tell me what kind of business says that to customers, she ruined my natural nails as shown worst experience ever just plz take your business else where don’t waste your time and money!!!

Probably the worst pedicure I’ve ever had! There was still a bunch of cuticle and the nail polish application was just horrendous! I had to tell the lady to clean up the nails and still was super messy! Avoid here!

I was there to get French style nails but in black tip. The lady who attended me gave me basic colors to choose for my nails when I asked for French tip style in black . She told me it was more expensive. And I find that rude because if I’m wanting to get nails done obviously I have to have enough money for the purchase. Then I asked her if I can have some shiny stones she kept saying is more expensive lol. Omg ! At the end she did what she could putting me some tips that looked to thick . And it had air bubbles with an ugly slightly yellow greenish residue she left on my nail when she tried to glue them. I told her to make it short she said I know how short I’ve done this nails before. Now I needed them shorter but she shut me up by saying she’s done that before. Then she asked where I lived and where was I from. I thought that was being prejudiced. Then she said oh I thought you came from Mexico which I thought it was racist. And she kept talking in oriental language discussing which another man worker who does pedicures. It was a horrible experience. I could of taken off but I needed the nails done that day before everything closed so I had no choice. Anyway I am not going there anymore because of her. She has no manners and her service is wack she needs better customer service ethics and training in what she does my nails are embarrassing. I need them off!!!!!

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueNever again took my 5 yr old for her 1st pedicure and it was not the greatest experience. The lady that help us out was nice and kind. She prepared my daughter for her pedicure. I told all I wanted for her to a message her feet, soak them and her toe nails painted. She said oh my I used a liner for the seat for the water, the owner is going to get mad at me. You could see the fear in her face, that to me is wrong. You should never mistreat your own people that lady is very vulnerable. My pedicure was great but the nails done by the owner were not the professional. Never again took my 5 yr old for her 1st pedicure and it was not the greatest experience. The lady that help us out was nice and kind. She prepared my daughter for her pedicure. I went in for a full set and shellac, but the nails were not the shape I wanted them and the shellac got damaged due to them not being fully dry. I went in for a full set and shellac, but the nails were not the shape I wanted them and the shellac got damaged due to them not being fully dry. Since I was one of the last people left till closing they rushed through my set and now I just paid almost 50 dollars for bad nails. Not going back ever again.

They do take their time with each customer though, so if you’re in a hurry and you see the chairs filled up, try somewhere else. But I definitely recommend! Got pedicure and acrylics done here for my wedding and I loved it! Lucy does pedis and Lee does acrylics so well! Lee is so detailed and so spot on. They do take their time with each customer though, so if you’re in a hurry and you see the chairs filled up, try somewhere else. But I definitely recommend!
