I use to live in hays and got my nails done every so often. I moved away 3 years ago. In the last couple months I have gone to hays and had the chance to get my nails done and luckily there was availability. Unfortunately the service the last couple times I have gone has not been great. This last visit I was the only one getting a fill done so no reason to rush to get another person in. I was at the front chair. Though I am greatful for their work I felt this person just rushed. I have all different shapes and thicknesses on my nails. The paint was not put on well. I hadn’t even left and she was already up and sitting cross legged on her phone. I do not feel she took any time or cared at all to do what she chooses to do each day. It’s sad. I even asked a couple times to fix some in which she just kind of scoffed and each finger seemed like she was throwing them to get to the next. Though I’d love to continue with my own self care I do not think it will happen at this location any longer. I’m a patient and empathetic person. I give chances and this location has unfortunately lost my buisness.

This place would be fantastic if the lady sitting up front was gone. She has the worst attitude, and clearly hates her job. She has zero patience. She was so mad that I had dip on my toes and she ruined my toenails trying to remove it. The gal sitting next to her even told her how to remove it correctly. I will be turning Gb her onto the board. Also- she literally “massaged” for less than 30 seconds. The worse experience ever.

I paid 45 for a set of acrylics with gel polish. None of my nails are the same length, there all rough and not smooth, the polish was not evenly applied. The lady who did my nails did not care what they looked like like as long as she got paid. I will never be returning here for services. Immediately after getting my nails done here I had the got to a different salon to get them fixed!

I went to get a soak off. I waited 30 minutes, and then when I finally got helped she took a cuticle cutter and started ripping my nails off. My nail beds are bruised badly and they look bad. I was crying and even pulled my hand away because it hurt so bad. The lady just gripped my hand tighter and continued to rip them off. They charged me $17 for this. Worst services ever and they don’t care about the clients well being. Would not recommend

I went in today to get acrylic removed from my nails. When I sat down, the lady grabbed the cuticle clippers and asked if I wanted my nails cut. I reiterated no that I just needed my acrylic soaked off. She took the cuticle clippers and jammed it between the acrylic and my nail. Some were still attached enough she couldn’t get the clippers under the acrylic. She then got another tip and used the sharp end to dig the acrylic off my nail to chip it off. Every single piece of acrylic was ripped off my nails. Long story short I ended up paying $20 for something I could have done myself at home. My cuticles/fingers are in horrible shape, but my nails are even worse. 100% do not recommend, and will not be going back again for any service.

First off the whole process was rushed by the lady up front and too the left. She never spoke to me but held a conversation with a coworker the entire I was getting my nails done. My nails having bubbles in the gel, and they’re uneven. I also had to remove one because she put wrong size tip on and it was squeezing my nail so bad by time I got it off my nail was purple. Never going back

One girl did a great job on my pedicure, taking time and making sure things were perfect. But a different girl did my daughter’s and she rushed through the whole process taking half the time and kept looking over her shoulder. Not worth the money, will do my own next time…
