So I have been a loyal client of theirs for years and normally book appointments before I go in. Normally when I go into get service there I get a mani and a pedi. So this past week on Monday 12/19/2022 at 330pm I didn’t book an appointment and walked in. Now before I get to it I asked if they can fit me in for a mani pedi and they said it would be fine! So I waited for like 10 minutes. And they sat me in the back corner of their pedi section and started my pedi. Now normally when I would get a pedicure there they would ask me what one I wanted and get out a new set of tools to use. That did not occur. They used OLD used tools to do my feet and toes. Ew. And then when that was finished (quite quickly I might add) not doing the normal scrub or hot towel treatment. They told me they couldn’t do my manicure. They had a couple people walk in that they were going to service instead of me. I was very upset by this. If they didn’t have time for me then I would have stopped by next week but instead they gave me service that was less than desirable and charged me for one of there more expensive pedicures. I will not be returning.

Thida did my daughters nails for a wedding. They looked absolutely amazing and lasted for almost FOUR weeks. Which is insane. Especially with her being so active. Definitely recommend her.

These women are talented, but please be clear THEY DO NOT NEED YOUR BUSINESS, and they will treat you as such. They have their regulars that pay the bills for them, and anyone else is just tips. Foxy nail off Woods chapel Rd . Worst pedicure ever!! I asked for the #4 was 45.00 the tech acted like I asked her to cut a toe off!! So I did the Regular one. My heals are not cleaned up wiorth a darn! Plus No one is nice in there. I have done nails for years and this was Terrible! I always tip high. I left her nothing. Uncomfortable atmosphere! I would no to recommendation.

One was talking about starting her period and was hoping their was one to start and then was on the phone most of the time while she had a client. Finally taken back about 20mins late the man who did my nails was constantly adjusting and touching his fingers like he was in pain or something he was super fidgety the dip was uneven the nails were crooked. It’ was a disaster. The owner Helen had to take off everything he did and redo them. I didn’t leave until 3pm! I was shocked they didn’t offer a discount for all the issues. One was talking about starting her period and was hoping their was one to start and then was on the phone most of the time while she had a client.
