I had been looking for a new nail tech for a few months . I tried a new place this morning and left crying in my car due to how absolutely terrible they were. I called foxy nails right after, not knowing what to do and having to work tonight. Luckily, they said to come in. I waited only about 15-20 min and they were very nice. They gave me to Jay ,the nail tech who fixed my nails for me . He did an amazing job and I will be returning here and to him. Thank you foxy nails and Jay for great service and nails

I Absolutely love Foxy Nails went in there for the 1st time after being disappointed from a other nail salon and had a vision of what I wanted and he Absolutely Nailed it… They were busy at the time of my appointment I didn’t have to wait at all and he took his time and did what I think is a Fantastic Job!! Worst pedicure of my life! The lady was too busy talking to her co worker to focus on what she was doing. Barely got a massage (didn’t even massage my feet or rubbed lotion on then) and paid $45 for the fancier pedicure.

I’ve stopped using this business. I was double charged for a gel manicure. I paid with a debit and did a cash tip. Because, I did not save my receipt, they won’t refund the difference. I had the date of service on my online statement. They could’ve looked up the receipt I signed in the store. Save your receipts, and always check your statements right after service. Lesson learned.

Jay is amazing always does a wonderful job on my pedicures and manicures. Pays close attention to detail and what I need to have done that day. He always asks if I want a design or different color on my nails. This salon is very welcoming and very accommodating to whatever you need done all you have to do is speak up if there is an issue. I myself have never had an issue, but I’m sure there are people who don’t always get what they ask for at a salon.

I came in on a very busy day and had to wait a good amount of time for my manicure, but it was worth the wait. The technician was very apologetic and did a great job on my nails. I find that people rarely take the time to do 3 full, neat coats. While I was there, the owner Crystal, brought out a bottle of champagne for a bridal party getting their nails done. The whole place just had a great feel about it. I’ll definitely be back.

Critical: QualityI got my nails done here 2 days ago a debated writing this review because I don’t typically write bad reviews. I got the no chip gel nails. And they are terrible. The polish does not even cover my whole nail. She missed almost every corner. My 8 yr old could have done a better job covering my nail. The base of 2 nails stick out and I left with the tips of my nails rough from filing. I went here to take my daughter’s for a girls treat. This is not the place I go to regularly. Prior to the pandemic I frequented foxy nails. Having a wedding coming up this weekend, my history at this place made it a first choice. Made an appointment, and like most places that allow walk-ins there was a bit of a wait, which was no big deal. Sat down at the first chair, to get a full set. I was never asked length or shape. After putting on the thickest layer of acrylic I have ever had She just started cutting them. When I said I preferred oval shaped nails I must have made her mad because she continued to “shape” my nails until I bled. 2 fingers were so bad, without saying a word to me, she just put nail glue over the wounds to stop the bleeding. Didn’t clean the wound, simply glued it shut without talking to me about it. I know this place has regulars and therefore they must be treated well. But if you are looking for a place to stop in and try, I highly suggest going somewhere else.
